General Terms
By accessing, registering an account, or playing on the mmr08 platform ("we" or "service provider"), you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are written in the Myanmar language and are intended exclusively for Myanmar players. All users who access and play must comply with these terms.
1.1 Service Description
mmr08 is a digital platform offering entertainment and betting services, including online casino, football betting, slots, live casino, 3D lottery, Sic Bo, and other games. Services can be accessed from any internet-connected device.
1.2 Age Restriction
This platform is only available to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
1.3 Service Availability
We aim to keep our service running at all times. However, please be aware that the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses that occur during such interruptions.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 One Account Only
Each player is allowed to register only one account on mmr08. If we find that multiple accounts have been opened for the same person, all those accounts will be closed and any remaining balances or bonuses will be forfeited.
2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate information when registering an account. If false or inconsistent information is submitted, we may restrict withdrawals or close the account.
2.3 Account Security
Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone. We are not responsible for any losses that result from a third party accessing a player's account.
2.4 Account Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, we may require the player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check. If verification is unsuccessful, the withdrawal may be put on hold.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available on mmr08 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is 5,000 Ks.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal methods available are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay, with a minimum withdrawal amount of 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes, though verification checks or technical issues may cause delays.
3.3 Payment Verification
The account used to request a withdrawal must be the same account used to make the deposit. We will not transfer funds to a third party's bank account.
3.4 Currency
All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only. We are not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange rate differences.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at mmr08, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount.
Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. You must complete 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks in wagering before you can make a withdrawal.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. Wagering can be completed across most of our games, though please note that some games may contribute at a lower rate.
4.3 Bonus Changes
We may change bonus amounts, wagering requirements and promotion terms at any time. Any such changes will be announced on the platform.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If we detect bonus abuse such as fake play, bonus washing, or obtaining bonuses through improper means, all bonus-related winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
Game Rules
5.1 Game Records
All gameplay by every player is recorded on our servers. In the event of any dispute, our server records are the official and binding data.
5.2 Technical Errors
Winnings obtained as a result of a game bug or technical error will not be paid out. Please report any such errors to our support team immediately.
5.3 Finality of Decisions
Once a game result (or football betting decision) has been settled, that result is final and cannot be changed.
5.4 Football Betting
Football betting players must carefully check the current published odds before placing a bet. Odds changes after a bet has been submitted will not be taken into account.
Prohibited Activities
Players must strictly avoid the following activities—
- Opening multiple accounts or opening an account on behalf of someone else
- Intentionally exploiting hacking or software vulnerabilities
- Activities related to money laundering
- Using auto-bet software or bots in games
- Attempting to claim bonuses through fake play
- Copying platform data or code without permission
- Colluding with other players
If we find that any of these rules have been violated, we will close the account without prior warning and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

VIP Player Terms
mmr08's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. To move up a tier, players must collect VIP points based on their play history, and the platform will upgrade your tier automatically.
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP cashback will be added as a bonus on the day we announce it, and can be withdrawn once the bonus wagering requirement is met.
Responsibilities & Limitations
9.1 Player Responsibility
Each player is personally responsible for their bets, financial losses, and decisions. mmr08 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's betting decisions.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages related to the services we provide shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player.
9.3 Third-Party Services
Our platform uses services provided by game providers. We limit our liability for any losses caused by faults or outages in those services.

Right to Make Changes
10.1 Changes to Terms
mmr08 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use of the platform after an announcement will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
10.2 Service Suspension
We reserve the right to partially or fully suspend our services without prior notice. If that happens, players' real balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
